Kepton collects no data. Your conversations never leave your iPhone.

Who we are

Kepton is made by netEYE Sweden AB, Sweden. Contact us at hello@kepton.se.

What happens on your iPhone

• Audio. Kepton uses the microphone only while you have pressed Listen. Audio is turned into text in memory on your iPhone and is never saved, neither on the phone nor anywhere else.
• Transcripts and results. The text and what Kepton extracts from it (promises, decisions and so on) are stored only on your iPhone, protected by iOS Data Protection and excluded from iCloud and device backups.
• Automatic deletion. Transcripts are deleted after 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, as you choose in Settings, or kept until you delete them. You can delete a single conversation or everything at any time.
• Apple Intelligence. Analysis uses Apple's on-device model. Kepton never uses Private Cloud Compute or any other server.

What we collect

Nothing. Kepton has no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it makes no network requests. We never see your conversations, transcripts or results, and we can't recover them.

Apple

Downloads and purchases go through the App Store and are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may give us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. They never contain your conversations.

Other people in the conversation

Kepton is for conversations you take part in. Let everyone know Kepton is listening before you start; in many places, including several US states, recording or transcribing a conversation requires everyone's consent. You are responsible for following the law where you are.

This website

kepton.se has no cookies, analytics or tracking. It's served by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and protect against abuse.

Children

Kepton isn't directed at children and collects no data from anyone.

Your rights

Since we hold no personal data about you, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete; everything Kepton stores is on your iPhone and under your control. Deleting the app removes all of it. If you email us, we use your email only to answer you and delete it when it's no longer needed. You can contact the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you have a complaint.
